We frequently hear about the impersonal feeling of existing chat applications, which is why IntelliChat approached us with this issue. Maybe via more intelligent matching or conversation starters, they were looking for something that would genuinely bring people closer together. Building their concept from the ground up took three months
What We Achieved
Since the introduction of the app six months ago, we were genuinely taken aback by the stats. In the first quarter, over 50,000 downloads were made, and users spent an average of 23 minutes on each session. However, the retention rate—78% of users returned after their first week—was what truly grabbed our attention.
