KeyNova For Modern Real Estate
These days, creating a real estate platform is like attempting to strike a changing target. Everyone wants things to just work, agents require data, and buyers want fast. In order to close that gap, we created KeyNova, but to be honest, we had no idea how difficult it would become at first. The software manages market statistics, virtual tours, and property searches all in one location. That may seem easy, but it required more trial and error than we would like to acknowledge to get all those parts to communicate with one another effectively.
Overview Of Project
In early, KeyNova began as a discussion about why real estate searching still seems unproductive. We needed something that was quick, graphic, and mobile-first—something that truly made sense for the way people search these days. Finding the perfect residences for buyers without the typical hassle was the aim.

Throughout the development process, we kept returning to these four points. On paper, they were straightforward, yet each one became a unique conundrum.
Friendly Design
Interface that does not scare off potential customers.

Even with sluggish connections, properties must show up quickly.

We learned something unexpected from each phase. Although it is likely typical for initiatives like this, the timeframe changed more than we had anticipated. We kept discovering problems we had not thought about, so certain steps took longer than others.

Made profiles based on actual individuals rather than suppositions from marketing.
Wireframe
Layouts that made sense were sketched before any final touches were made.
Visual Design
Fonts and colors that are compatible with desktops and mobile devices.

Although coding took longer than anticipated, everything is functional.

We have no direct control over the missing information in certain ads.
What Have We Achieved?
The software was released three months ago, and users appear to use it often. We are currently determining if the roughly 40% increase in property views results in more purchases. Users browse for longer periods of time, which is encouraging.
